Alum Parents & Caregivers

Strengthening Ties, Building Legacies

Welcome to the Toronto Waldorf School’s Alumni Parents and Guardians page, where we honour the rich tapestry of experiences shared throughout our children’s educational journey. From parent evenings to fundraising drives, we’ve navigated the ups and downs together, enriching both our children’s lives and our own.

Why This Space Matters?

This dedicated space celebrates the unique bond forged among alumni parents and guardians during their time at TWS. Here, we encourage continued connection, collaboration, and contributions to our beloved community.

Your Stories, Your Impact

We eagerly await your stories and reflections, acknowledging the invaluable time and effort you’ve invested in TWS. Whether through volunteering, fundraising, or offering support, your contributions have left an indelible mark on our school’s legacy.

Staying Engaged Together

Mark your calendars for the upcoming Harvest Homecoming Alum Dinner on September 21, where alumni parents and guardians will reunite to share cherished memories and celebrate our collective journey.

Ways to Make a Difference

  1. Graduating Year Class Funds: Alumni can contribute to their graduating year class funds, where the purpose and allocation of funds are decided collaboratively by class alumni and parents. For instance, the Class of 2023 might aim to raise $2023 annually from students, while parents strive for $20,230 yearly, equivalent to one tuition.

  2. Endowment Fund: Leave a lasting legacy by donating to the school’s endowment fund, ensuring future generations benefit from the same transformative education.

  3. Planned Giving: Explore options for planned giving, including including TWS in your will or estate planning. Contact our Advancement Director, Jennifer Deathe, for personalized assistance.
